During my visit in Lago di Carezza and after I took some pictures at the sunset, I stayed for some night photography as well. I was hoping to shoot the milky way but that night it was a full moon and also many clouds in the sky. Inspite of it I was lucky enough to get some great lighting from the moon and a dramatic cloudy sky. The moon light behind the Latemar mountain, in combination with the clouds, created a light seperation and the spectacle was really impressive. It was like a perfect transition between day and night. This is a panorama out of three horizontal images I took with the Nikon D610 and the Nikkor 20mm f/1.8G ED. Settings I used to take this image are : 25 sec – f/4 – ISO 1000.
